Chris began his career in New York City as a Recording and Mixing Engineer, working independently before becoming Chief Engineer at The Hit Factory Recording Studios. He has worked with many artists including Quincy Jones, Sting, Mary J. Blige, Eve, Robert Plant & Jimmy Page, Yo Yo Ma, Chick Corea, Itzhak Perlman, Marvin Hamlish and Bobby McFerrin, with whom he recorded and mixed five albums including 1988's Record of the Year, "Don't Worry Be Happy."

Next, he began engineering scores for television with "The Cosby Show" and "China Beach," and for films "Crossing Delancy," "The Morning After," "Quick Change," "She Devil" and others.

His career's natural progression moved him on to Music Supervision and Editing first on NBC's "Homicide - Life on the Street," where he helped develop a style of using well-known music within a montage for dramatic effect - a style still used widely in television today. Chris'love of music is the backdrop to his ability to weave songs and cues seamlessly through any scene.
